unless you don’t know me personally ( would you like to ? ) then you’d know that my primary recreation atm is swapping thru swap-bot.. it took a long time for me to find something to fill the void left when Hi-5 left the building ( they were a great creative outlet and money-drainer ) but swapping is slotting in quite nicely for the time being..
anyway, as fun as it is it can be EXPENSIVE to send things overseas all the time – not that i’m complaining, cos it’s totally satisfying, but it does limit how many swaps i host/join in favor of buying food..
solution ?
i started my own swap-bot group XD
it’s for kawaii lovers in australia only, and so far it’s a small group of only 13 people which is kinda cool cos it feels like a little posse of kawaii fans just hanging out together.. we’re just about to mail out our first group swap and i’m so excited – i can finally get the joy of showering someone with kawaii goodness for only 50c postage !!
*squee*
so if any australian kawaii swappers are reading this and wanna get in on the action – head on over :3

Comment by L. September 2, 2008 @ 12:00 pmI am unfortunately the wrong side of the world to be in your group
However I do try and do email swaps so that they dont cost postage! hehe usually swapping photos or stories or something like that.
Should be posting some more in the next few days when i come up with ideas.
